Black Bears Brawl In Quiet New Jersey Suburb

By David K. Li

Two massive black bears were caught on camera in a knock-down, drag-out brawl on a quiet residential street in New Jersey.

In video uploaded to YouTube earlier this week, the fighting bears went tumbling down a grassy hill that led up to a house in Rockaway, NJ.

Even after landing at the bottom of the hill and into the streets, the bears wouldn’t stop brawling, biting and wrestling each other.

The shaky, 6 ½-minute video was shot by a motorist on who wisely stayed in his or her car on Aug. 14 when the bear brawl broke out.
